Mission Statement

At Jr Lancer Baseball, we are dedicated to fostering the growth and development of young athletes, both on the field and in life.  Through the game of baseball, we empower children to build character,  and learn discipline, confidence and teamwork.  We believe these goals are best achieved by offering a diverse range of top-tier training resources and developing a passionate, supportive community committed to each others' success. By bringing together families, friends and neighbors, we strive to create lasting connections that extend far beyond the diamond--uniting our community through the shared love of the game and, most importantly, our children.

Who are we?

We are a youth baseball organization dedicated to serving children in the Brookfield Central area of the Elmbrook School District from Kindergarten through 8th grade.  The organization was originally founded in 1998 as the Brookfield Bulldogs and was rebranded in 2018 as the Brookfield Central Jr Lancers. As proud members of the Wisconsin State Youth Baseball League (WSYBL) and the broader Jr Lancers sports community, we are committed to providing a competitive yet supportive environment for all our players.

We strive to develop not only highly-skilled baseball players but also exceptional human beings.  We believe this is best achieved by providing our players with outstanding baseball resources and nurturing a devoted, energetic baseball community where everyone can grow and thrive.

Building Our Community

With so many youth sports increasingly becoming a year-round commitment, we greatly appreciate the time and energy families invest in these pursuits. We believe it's not enough to simply provide a quality environment for our players to grow in the sport of baseball.  We owe it to our dedicated families to create a tight-knit, passionate community that extends beyond the field.  Through a variety of events across the calendar year, as well as the full slate of games in the spring and summer, our ambition is to bring people closer together across all age groups.  Whether on the field or off, we want the Jr Lancer baseball experience to be something the whole family will enjoy!
