Jr. Lancers Program

Overview

Founded in 1998 as the Brookfield Bulldogs and rebranded in 2018 as the Brookfield Central Jr. Lancers, our mission is to foster the development of young baseball athletes from 1st grade through 8th grade. In partnership with Brookfield Central High School and Varsity Coach Jeff Bigler, our organization is guided by the expertise of an Operating Committee with a broad diversity of expertise. Supported by numerous volunteer coaching staff, and an empowered community, we are committed to cultivating exceptional baseball skills, positive attitude and effort both on and off the field, leadership and life skills, and sportsmanship within our players.

Proud members of the Wisconsin State Youth Baseball League (WSYBL) and the extended Jr. Lancers sporting community, we strive to provide a competitive yet supportive environment. Our annual Brookfield Bash Tournament on Father's Day weekend exemplifies our dedication to community engagement and fundraising for our program's initiatives. Utilizing our indoor facility, we ensure year-round training and development for all our athletes.

Commitment

Jr. Lancers baseball is a competitive program that requires a considerable commitment year-round (September - July). We are also a program that respects multi-sport/multi-interest youth players as best as we can during the off season. Once baseball season begins (April-July) the expectation is baseball is the primary focus for the player.

Fall: September - October

Winter: December - March

Spring: April-July
